Cindy is a mini length dress cut from our Black Lapis Eye printed crinkle chiffon with lurex clip dots. The loose body is double lined and long sheer blouson sleeves are finished off with button cuffs. A high neckline features a tie bow detail. Wear with bow tied in back or front for a versatile look. Finished off with a playful handkerchief hem.
